The SCORE! Project
The Challenge: Kaplan, one of the world's leading educational groups decided to expand SCORE!, its chain of K-6 remedial centers. They decided to develop international EFL centers. Kaplan’s requirements were:
· A two-year teacher-based curriculum
· Comprehensive step-by-step lesson plans
· Interactive online content for the entire program
· Full-color flashcards and games
· Worksheets for every lesson
· Audio component including original songs and chants

The Prim-Ed Project
The Challenge: Prim-Ed, an Irish-Australian publishing company, specializing in English and Math K-12, has a wide range of published books. They were looking for a company that could create interactive content to complement their highly successful spelling series. They needed experts in language teaching as well as interactive content developers to create multi-leveled series of products (6 levels). And they needed it very fast because they wanted to market it for the beginning of the school year.

The Positivo Project
The Challenge: Positivo, Brazil’s largest educational company wanted to expand their business reach beyond Brazil and create an international EFL product. They developed a hardware device that uses blocks instead of a mouse to activate the computer. It is intended for use with young learners who play and study together around a single table. Positivo was looking for a company that had the technological know-how to understand the hardware functionality and the capability to develop EFL software for teaching pre-reading and reading to Young Learners ages 4-9.

The Cornelson Project
The Challenge: Cornelson, one of Germany’s largest educational publishers, decided to launch a retail line of video-based language products. They were looking for a company to create an international product based on the EU curriculum that would include six interactive DVDs, each accompanied by a book.
